My wife and I are traveling LAX-BCN on an AA F award. AA Z class (Award First) LAX-LHR, and then U class (Club Award) LHR-BCN.

Given this itinerary, we will have access to the T3 Galleries First lounge based on the longhaul F boarding pass, correct?

Also, as we have a 4 hour layover, the better half is looking forward to a spa treatment. Will we have access to the spa? How hard should it be to schedule an appointment in the 14:15-18:20 timeframe?
