For the second property it didn't, although it's appearing on the "hotel summary"
Is there a period I can expect this to be fixed by itself (it was 3 weeks ago) or there is now no other choice but to call for a manual fix?

Same happened to me. I e-mailed them and they posted the points. My experience is that most times you need to contact them.
