Not all the PHL LAS 321s are equipped. I flew one that was a few days ago. WiFi was just OK. Speed clocked at 1200 kbps, but it didn't work like it was that quick. I could only stream audio. Video from Hulu was always stopping to rebuffer.

Great for email, amazon etc though.
