You can probably buy it at any computer mall in HK. Try Wan Chai Computer City right outside the Wan Chai MTR.
Alternatively, according to Adobe, the Hong Kong reseller is GrandTech Systems, and I am sure if you contact them they will be more than willing to have you pick up a copy directly from them:
