Due to recent Southwest Hertz promos, I've been renting cars at Marriott LAX and returning them to the LAX corporate location. I have had no trouble with the PCs being used. I also have used various PCs for HLE locations to SFO without PC issues. I recently rented in San Juan using a PC with hotel pickup and airport drop off. There was a problem. Instead of saving $5, it knocked $15 off my one day price I am not aware of this "general rule"
