Didn't know they had a Keg at the Hilton, as there's one at the nearby ES, and it sounds like you're describing the ES rooms.
You should have asked for a room in the north tower at the Hilton. Newer, nicer rooms as that tower is under a year old, and you may have gotten one as a HHonors member if they were available. And parking at the casino across the street and connected to both the Hilton and the casino's parking garage by a covered walkway is just a short walk to both the Hilton or the casino from the garage, and it's free with the casino's players card. No need to spend $20 or $30 per day to park.
