yup, coach sucks.

was very convinced of this last june, when our upgrades stl-cdg didn't go through, was accused of lying to evil international ground crew about redeeming miles for upgrades and was told that we were never on any upgrade list.

plane was full of eager young people and we were not amused.

got the upgrades coming back - very nice.

Returning lgw-stl or cdg-stl in coach is better catered by a long shot, but I don't blame you, twa coach to london should be avoided.

I don't know what is up about the plane cleaning, I noticed this on all flights.
