I popped in there last January when flying MH. IIRC there were a few hot offerings (chicken adobo being the most prominent I could remember) along with the usual pastry & sandwich selection. I don't recall much on beverages but there is complimentary wi-fi.

The smaller TG lounge is right next door if you want to check that out as well, though I'll admit that you won't be missing much if you pass it.
