You do you ask for reimbursement?

Initially you need proof, witnesses, etc.

Secondly there is no set method to lodge a complaint. If you complain to much, you can get on the airline's list of people who are always trouble.

Remember, it can happen to any of us at any time!

For journyes of less than 6 hours, I drive. When will it be 7? 8?

My 'range' for driving includes San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Oklahoma City, Shreveport and of course, Dallas. If you put a pencil to it, flying isn't saving any time on these sorts of trips now.
