I chuckled out loud... alone at my laptop. Rare.
1) I had 3 Budget bonuses post of 5000 each along with separate postings of the base miles (50/day).
2) Two, but only two, Delta entries showed up of 2500 for the staydriveride promotion.
3) I emailed Delta and the response from Becky XXXXX quite clearly showed that she had not read my email but gave me a canned response.
4) I replied with disappointment that Becky had not read my email and reiterated my question as to why activities #2 and #3 earned the bonus but not activity #1.
5) Thomas XXXXX (and YES they both have the same last name albeit a very common American last name) replied with a real response and fixed the problem.
But one sentence, as a paragraph in itself, made me laugh. (bolding mine of course)
Oh, I now understand why you like this promotion.
