Yes this is something that is done at check-in which confuses me. If a ticket was never issued, but a rez present, then the BP says "Flight Coupon Required". If there is a ticket present but differs from the res, then it won't print and requires a reissue.
I find it hard to believe that agents would let her go all the way to the gate with the probably not solved.
