Absolutely right, in case of a fire (drill) I'd be taking the stairs and five floors down would work. But FIVE floors UP??? Oh no. Hope the lobby has comfy chairs. Plus if there was a medical emergency I would not want the EMT's worn out having to lug their equipment up five floors! And heaven forbid they try to carry someone down five floors.

Bottom line is, keep the property in good repair and everyone will be happy. Pretty simple in my book.
