I'm backing you up on this as they clearly state on their website. These are more consolidators, therefore, mileage do not accrue, regardless of the price you pay or the class that you're in.
I bought from all of these before for last minute trip, and they are very reasonable, but that's what you give up (miles) for buying thru them.
