Arghh! Got the bag back, they "repaired" it - the quotes are because they put a big black fabric patch on a brown bag and a big black strap to go with the other light brown straps on the bag. It looks ridiculous.
Granted, it looks solid, but with a completely mismatched patch and strap it looks like a DIY job.
I have a call in to AC now (first call resulted in a "write a letter to customer service" response, which was not reasonable considering the repair so clearly is off the mark) - now apparently a supervisor will call me back within the hour.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
