The bank that issued the card (or whoever issued the card) will have some fee structure for international use probably. I would expect it to be something like a 3% fee plus a $2 fee per transaction which is pretty much standard on them.

If they have paypal that may be the best way to go, at least they don't pay a fee every time they use it.
