DL's ticketing system (revenue) and reservations system (flights) don't always talk to each other. This is why, for instance, if you call and make a change it will sometimes get changed on the PNR (revenue ticketing system) but the e-ticket (part of the reservations flight system) will not get changed. This is a particularly bad problem with Int'l flights and especially those on other metal such as KL/AF. Anytime ANY change of any sort is made to an Int'l itinerary you should also always also call the Int'l reissue desk and have them make the e-ticket change manually. It's a real pain, but it's best in class.
