Hello,
I'm traveling on Finnair from New York to St. Petersburg via Helsinki. I know their cabin baggage allowance is 17.5 lbs. How strictly is this enforced? I know it varies by who I happen to interact with at the check-in counter, but in general I was wondering if Finnair is known for being strict. Thanks.
