These are folks that are NOT luxury junkies like many of us on the board but even to them the service was very average (although they said the resort itself and the area was lovely). Hopefully, the GM can ramp things up here, but I would be somewhat cautious.
Well, I guess this could be a challenge too far, but I would still give Federer a bit of time to notch up the service standards, although it is obviously more of a challenge here than in Istanbul or Singapore.
