'Expiry date' and 'year end' are subtley different though. My 'end of year' for collecting points to requalify was mid-Feb, but current status benefits would apparently lapsed end-March (date on card).

Then I got a manual 3-month extension to status, which apparently (when I asked ICC as there is no entry in the activity log) has aligned both dates to end-June. But I didn't get a revised card so am relying on BP status to get benefits. It's only Silver so not worth much on my non-BD flights, but useful for little things like 'Boarding 1' on UA.
