Every time I sign in to do anything, co.com takes me to a page to update my information and "optionally" create a username & password. It also *REQUIRES* a "PIN reminder" but no matter what I put in that field, it says it's invalid.

I tried calling their internet support desk but was told they have a high call volume and to try another time. Great service there.... the site is nearly unusable for me in the past 2 weeks because every time I log in, I get this page now.... I can go past it with the 'Update Later' button about 1 time in 10; the rest of the time it just lands in a loop, taking me back to the same page until I close my browser completely and start over.

If this continues, I'm finding another airline for my travel; this is a PITA!
