Did you mention that it was for two rooms, or 5 rooms...? Did you book with the sales manager, or on-line. I would have booked with the sales manager and then had him or her annotate the reservation with some sort of notion. Of course, the front desk is probably just giving you the party line re: diamond benefits for multiple room.

I did tell him my reservation is going to be 5 rooms. I booked via Hilton CS phoneline. I shall have booked with Sales Manager and have a note attached w/ my reservation.

Looks like I have to call the Sales manager again to see if he can help here.
