Did you mention that it was for two rooms, or 5 rooms...? Did you book with the sales manager, or on-line. I would have booked with the sales manager and then had him or her annotate the reservation with some sort of notion. Of course, the front desk is probably just giving you the party line re: diamond benefits for multiple rooms.

I've found that when I book two rooms, I typically get the benefits for all the rooms. however, the couple of times I've booked more than 2 rooms I've only gotten the benefits for one room...
