If the comments, etc. from the old blog are indeed gone, then perhaps the news media and others should be alerted to TSA's non-compliance with laws in this area. Someone over there should have to do some explaining in that case-- hopefully just before they're told they can clean out their office and go visit the unemployment office.

History suggests, however, that even a media report on the non-compliance would fall on deaf ears. If TSA can't be held accountable for the mis-management of contracted services, I don't think anyone's going to get excited about their cluelessness in handling blog comments.
