Consider yourself very lucky indeed. I opened four $1000. accounts June 14th; one for myself, and one each for my wife and daughters. I was entitled to 5000 sign up bonus, and 5000 x 3 for the referral bonus. On August 1, United posted two 5000 referral bonuses to my account. No miles yet posted to my wife or daughters accounts.
