There is currently no uniform toiletries policy in Sofitel hotels. Most European Sofitels stock Hermès toiletries in all rooms. In the US it is mostly L'Occitane and sometimes Hermès or remaining stocks of Roger & Gallet (which used to be the standard at all Sofitels).

For those who have developed an L'Occitane affinity, as Cupart seems to have , it is available at L'Occitane shops around the world (or online) and the version the Sofitel offers is Verbena. Large bottle of shower gel is about € 15. The small ones as seen in the hotel are € 5, so make sure to empty out the bathroom when you leave
