OP, I did find an email link with the "contact us" pull down for one particular property that I was doing the booking (did not try others). However, when click on the "email" link, nothing seems to happen. Right click on it, I see the receitpian's name & address. I copied it and then pasted it into my usual email "to" space. Reference the reservation code etc..... Off it went.

Days gone by, no response
