For 5 total hours, I probably wouldn't bother. If I did go, I'd probably just head to the Mercado Central for lunch (if your morning is late enough for an early lunch). If I had LAN Neruda lounge access, I'd just head over there, have a nice shower, some continental breakfast foodstuffs, and read the paper / go online / walk around the wine selections in the duty free for a bit. LAN Mistral should have similar foodstuffs but is smaller (but is Priority Pass affiliated, and I think you can buy a day pass). If you are flying LAN in a premium class and do decide to leave (assuming this area is back up to speed), there is a special migration and security lane adjacent to the premium check-in room, which is at the far far end of the terminal (way past all of the regular ticket counters, and past the general exit migration entrance). This will save you some time.
