You have a legitimate concern. But, unless you assume that SPG Customer Care is monitoring this board, why would you assume that this issue will be addressed?
The email address to customer care is
[email protected]. The time it would take to email customer care is roughly equivalent to the time it took you to post on Flyertalk. The same words are being used. Instead of typing those words in a Flyertalk box, you could type them in an email.
So, why not just type them in an email?
