With CO name going away, does value of CO items increase?

Many folks here have collected a lot of stuff from CO... especially at the 'Do's, where everything from beverage carts to in-flight china have been given away. With a UA-CO marriage likely and repeated reports that the United name would survive on, what happens to the value of CO stuff? Does it only have value to fellow CO fans ...or does the value increase since there won't be any more CO-branded stuff being made?

With the NW/DL merger, did NW items become more/less valuable? Would the same happen with CO as the CO brand disappears?
