Yes, you can use the HKG lounge on an open doors basis as either a BA Gold or QF Platinum.

I visited the F side when flying RJ and thought it to be virtually unchanged from its predecessor. The J lounge was quite nice though - the new Marc Newson look - and a more pleasant space to spend some time in.
