Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio North {US-TX}
FTer's - I'm staying at the Homewood San Antonio North where they've let both elevators fail. I'm on the 5th floor so its a pain but with my wife, kid, and parents there on the same floor its gone from annoying to really embarassing. I'm guessing you know what I mean when you are the experienced traveler and recommend a place and how bad it feels when things go wrong.
I should note that I noticed elevator #1 was out when we checked in on Friday and the front desk promised they were working on it.
I've left a message on the manager's VM and have told them I'm far less than satisfied.
What's the compensation recourse? Does the Homewood satisfacton guarantee work like a Hampton? How does a point stay get handled (had points on one room on the night it happened).
