Actually, I made the booking with my company travel agent. It was SIN-BKK-SIN flight. After my SIN-BKK flight, I became Elite Gold. So, when I check in for BKK-SIN, the boarding pass shows I am Elite Gold already, but it also shows I am only Star Alliance Silver status. As I mention earlier, it shows:
"SQ*S EG 809XXXXXXX"

How can it be..? Elite Gold is always *G, right?? I am confused now...
