My sandwich shop says they are going to have a :-: best in class :-: system to cash in on my sub card, but it's been broken for years and no one can fix it.

My sandwich shop says that I will get a free sub coupon if they have them available. That's a lot different than someone giving you a coupon *at their discretion*. My "free" subs aren't "free" anyway, I still paid for a lot of subs before I got one free.
