Are you kidding me? Delta just hangs up on callers?
Don't usually fly Delta (no status) and am writing this post out of shear rage. I have a flight tomorrow and the times have been changed. I went online to choose an earlier flight and it says call customer support. Called their reservation line and it says "Due to heavy call volume, this call cannot be taken, please call back again later" or something to that matter. I cannot believe this is how Delta is treating customers, by hanging up on them. Instead of being put on hold, I have to call back until I can reach a human?? Thank god I'm with AA.
