I always seems to sit in seat 1C, so I wondered myself what the three bleeps are. I finally asked the pilot and he told me it was the auto pilot turning off. It made my day to know what that sound was. Ya, I am a dork.

[ETA]: Actually, the pilot didn't call them beeps or bleeps. He referred to them as chirps, and that is what they sound like.
