I've gotten that notation, "goodwill", and I think it is an unfortunate thing. It causes customers to have unpleasant feelings towards SPG. This can't be denied, as it's come up before, and some people are put off by it, no matter that others couldn't care less.

I agree completely with this, SPG should change the wording. Even though there are no reports of "Goodwill" credits having an adverse effect on an individuals dealings with *Wood/SPG, it still does psychologically as it seems a high number of us have the same concerns.
