You're lucky. My situation - at the beginning of February my payment wasn't accepted, ticket never issued, so I logged back in later and it went through the 2nd time and I got tickets emailed... only it turns out they also charged me the 1st time but never issued a ticket as the booking was never completed, but they still found a way to charge me. Cairo head office acknowledges a refund should be processed but things go around in circles internally. It is now 2.5months later and still I'm waiting for almost US$2000, credit card company is working through all the B.S. now.
