The way ExpertFlyer Award/Upgrade searches work is that when you select an airline, the results are the inventory for the members of that airlines frequent flyer program. They may offer the same inventory to frequent flyers of their partner carriers, or they may only offer a subset of that inventory. It isn't something we can determine or have control over.
