How about the surcharges & taxes?

My problem is I have zero flexibility with dates outside of the 2 week Easter window as my wife is a teacher. I'm happy to take a bit of a gamble if all I'm risking is a 30quid admin charge but if its the whole amount I may have a change of heart.
