In the past 8 months of flying every week (save Thanksgiving and Christmas and the DC Blizzards) I've managed to run the gamut. I've had incredible crews, average crews, and some downright awful crews. I did see one slightly interesting pattern. When I had the extreme good or bad crews, I tried to chat them up a bit and find out if they were NW or DL pre-merger.

At first, the good crews were NW and the bad ones were DL. As time, and the merger has progressed, that trend seems to be swinging the other direction. It could be pure coincidence, but I did find it a rather interesting observation.
