I've taken about 30 or so flights this year so far, almost all of them the people working for DL have been very nice. I concur they are getting better for the most part which is surprising to me considering that they could get worse given the dearth of diminishing choices when it comes to travel.

Though I did tell WB the other day about my trip from MCO-LAX where they were selling BE upgrades at the gate for $220 - I thought to myself, wow, here is a flight where there are virtually no passengers with any kind of status that would entitle them to an upgrade. And the ground crew more or less behaved like it was a junket. No pre-flight drinks, no asking to take my coat.. and the in-flight service was kind performed with near total ambivalence.
