On a related note, I really want to write in about my flight attendant on the ASA leg since they can't accept the job well done certificates....should i just send that email to Delta even though he is an ASA employee?
For the most part, I've had positive experiences with the ground and flight crew for Delta. The major issue has been the Skymiles program itself.
