Gosh, I get to the airport on time, have a friendly airport staff....then get to the gate and friendly ground crew, both flights leave and arrive early, and to top it off, the inflight staff on both flights was awesome....what's going on?

On a related note, I really want to write in about my flight attendant on the ASA leg since they can't accept the job well done certificates....should i just send that email to Delta even though he is an ASA employee?
