There is really not much sense taking a plane VIE-PRG.
Take either a train or a bus - which is even cheaper (16 EUR one-way with refreshments and "inflight entertainment" included). There are up to 5 buses a day departing Vienna from Joseph-Roth-Gasse/Praterstern
