Just wondered if anyone else has had major booking problems with Egyptair.
I have tried to book online through their website and twice the site crashed after I had entered our credit card details.
A number of emails and telephone calls later I found that the booking had not been processed and the call centre had rebooked the flights for me.
I now wanted to pay and the emails have been returned by postmaster.
The Australian contact phone numbers are recorded as disconnected.
I am very anxious about booking the flights after these difficulties.
I it better to use another booking engine? Which one is most reliable?
Has anyone else encountered the same probs with Egyptair bookings?
