oldpenny 16- As a Tom Thumb employee I can assure you this is NOT an acceptable practice. This employee should be fired for this offense. There is a report that can be run to show if the Reward card scaned does not match the check of credit card name. While we would prefer it never happened, some checkers think they can get away with it. I am sorry for the way you were treated. And yes, Checkers are supposed to thank you by last name, if they don't we get marked down on our "secret shooper" customer service reports. Please don't let this one bad egg spoil Tom Thumb for you.
