FWIW, Seat guru is correct. Y starts at row 6. US hides row 6 until check-in. Look at a seat map for a 330 flt leaving tomorrow and it's unhidden.

I think you should rephrase your question as which seats sucks the least. The cabin used to be roomier, but they really crammed in some seats post merger. Generally the forward part of the cabin is better than the rear. Seat guru is generally right in that respect. The IFE is PVOD and with reasonably good selection, though at ten years old it is a bit behind what you'd see on newer planes. Infants find their way to the bulkheads frequently, so that's not always the best choice. In my view B&G are the best columns to be in as they are aisle seats with no underseat IFE box.
