I used my 'Reward' Card today and checked my receipt to make sure everything was OK. It wasn't. Although I had handed my Reward card key tag to the checked, he had substituted another for the scan. The name for crediting of miles on the receipt wasn't mine!!!!

I started to object and he said that I would have to wait in the Courtesy Desk line for '30 minutes' to get it fixed. I demanded to see a managed and got an assistant manager who was less helpful. I went over to the Courtesy Desk and waited to get the problem resolved. It was and I have another receipt to prove it.

I have a call into the district manager to let off steam on this situation. I'm checking old receipts to make sure that they are correct.
