Yes, and this is a real PITA when you have booked tickets for five different family members which involve 11 separate itineraries. Every one of them had schedule changes. I had to make a separate call for each itinerary, because the system doesn't offer you a choice to check another itinerary when you finish with the first. Also, why don't they just let you accept the change without having to listen to them list each leg of the trip? You have to make a call for each itinerary, if you are using the automated system, which I did because I knew the agents would be swamped. What a time waster. I wish you could just check a box that you accept the change on line, and be done with it.
