just tried the old "overlapping dates, same hotel" trick, no joy. Rep said no right away when i asked to just bump the res one day earlier (staying a week, wanted to arrive and depart one day earlier). I asked "pretty please" and she tried the supervisor, who denied the request to bend the rules.

Anyone have any luck calling back and trying with a different rep? have they shut the door on this loophole?
